001North Side of Alpine House
Jackson Hole, WY

In Jackson Hole, morning arrives slowly. Light first gathers along the ridgeline, then slips quietly into the valley. Nothing announces itself; its presence is felt before it is seen.

Alpine House stands in that spirit. Shaped by a life lived in and beyond this valley, across cities, cultures, and continents, history is absorbed: every material is considered, every moment intentional.

Staying with us is personal. When you’re here, you enter a point of view: one that honors the valley’s lineage while quietly extending it through an experience composed with care, held in reserve, and offered without insistence.

THE LIVING ROOM

Step into our home, where firelight moves slowly across timber beams with a comforting fragrance of crackling wood. Dappled in warm light, layered in soft textiles, grounded by a steady flame: the living room is the quiet center of the house.

Conversations lengthen naturally. The bar hums gently in the background. This space is for gathering, for lingering—a room that encourages presence and connection.

THE BAR

As the day winds down, Alpine House eases into aperitivo. A spritz appears cool and bright, a G&T poured just right, or a simple glass of wine from a small, well-chosen list.

Guests linger, laughter carries easily, and the mountains outside begin to fade into evening. It’s not so much a bar as a daily rhythm, where the best part is simply being together over a good drink.

THE KITCHEN

The Kitchen forms the heart of Alpine House. Our in-house chefs use locally-sourced produce, blending local flavors with subtle global influences. Meals are not simply served; they are shared. Plates pass between hands. Stories are told.

Like most homes, The Kitchen is where Alpine House feels most alive, animated by flame, conversation, and the rhythm of a well-gathered table.

Mornings start with simple comforts: housemade pastries, yogurt with fruit compote, and warm egg dishes from the kitchen.

Midday brings easy, satisfying meals: a pot of soup warms on the stove, while small plates like vegetable antipasti and crostini are meant to be shared.

As evening settles in, the tables fill with salumi, stracciatella tartines, and on cooler nights, a pot of alpine fondue made for lingering conversation.
